Hallett
My name is David
Hallett and I own and
operate PullScheduling.com.
I have been
applying pull systems for
over 22 years. Since 1998 I
have worked as a Management
Consultant focusing on
helping businesses improve
their operations. I
primarily work with
companies who want to apply
Lean Manufacturing and
Theory of Constraints tools
to improve their businesses.
My education is in
Industrial Engineering. My
Lean Manufacturing skills
were developed in Japan and
the US working directly with
Japanese Lean Sensei’s. I
also studied Theory of
Constraints at the Goldratt
Institute and am a certified
TOC Jonah.
I am a sought after
speaker and consultant. Over
the last decade, I
have consulted with
over 50 companies.
I've presented at
national conferences,
professional groups, and
international corporate
gatherings. I've also
been utilized as an
independent outside resource
for a national consulting
firm and various
Manufacturing Extension
Partnership (MEP)
